1. REGISTRATIONS
1.1. You can register for online via the Mompower24 website
1.2. A confirmation of your registration and a welcome email will be sent when your order has been processed.
1.3. If you do not receive a confirmation from the Sustainability Academy within 2 days, please contact us: info@mompower24.com
1.4 By registering for a course, your details will be automatically added to a Mompower24 database from which you shall receive periodically information on online courses, offers, and discounts.
1.5 The duration for finishing the course is 60 days. If special conditions occur, you may request a 2 weeks extension.
1.6 The login credentials can be used only by one IP and should not be shared with any other party. In case you use the login details with other party, your access will be blocked and no refund will be available.
For courses that cannot be completed within the specific timeframe (including extension), participants should re-enroll with a 30% discount to the original fee.
2. CANCELLATIONS -> REFUNDS
If you want to cancel the course within 24 hours after your registration you will get a refund for the 50% of the course fee.
If you are not satisfied with the course, you can request a refund in writing at info@mompower24.com within 15 days after purchase.
Provide your service order number, proof of payment, and a detailed explanation of why you are not satisfied with the service.
Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information or clarification.
- Review and Approval:
- Once your request is received, we will review the details and may reach out to discuss the issue.
- If your refund is approved, we will notify you and process the refund within 20 business days.
- The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Customer Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the service.
- The guarantee may be voided if it is determined that dissatisfaction was due to the provision of incorrect information or lack of cooperation.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Payments for the online certified courses can be made via
- Pay Pal
3.2 Credit Card/Debit Card Payments
- Accepted Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
- Authorization: Payment must be authorized and verified at the time of purchase. Your credit card will be charged upon order confirmation.
3.3 Invoices can be issued only after a written request in advance to info@mompower24.com prior to registration.
It is required the company details including a VAT number. Invoice Payments will be made via Wire transfer to our bank account. Invoices cannot be provided following payment in PayPal.
3.4 VAT will be added for issuing an invoice. Payment is due 10 days from the invoice date.
3.5 If the course participants wishes to pay the course fees in other currencies , the payment is calculated by converting the relevant course fee into other currencies using the average rate on the day the invoice is issued.
4. CERTIFICATES
4.1 Certifications are created after successful completion of each course’s final quiz. Personal certificates are assigned to the user profile at “My Files” section within 10 business days, for the participants to view or download it.
